The Imperial Vienna Hotel e-commerce store is the newest platform Generation Y created and launched for the Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

The new platform replaced the previous e-store, bringing a scent of renewal with its modern and contemporary design and its upgraded commercial and functional character.

The Imperial Torte Wien e-store is based on the notorious and original Sache Torte, the trademark delicacy of Austria, while the users have the opportunity to buy and offer Gift Vouchers to their loved ones.

Especially for the Imperial Vienna platform, Generation Y has created and developed the Cross Sale© tool, used by the hotels of the Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group in order to provide their products to the other platforms and in the same time sell the other hotels’ products through their own platforms.

The user has the unique opportunity to buy different products and send them to various addresses in only one checkout. This way orders with multiple procedures are completed in one single checkout.

For each order there is also the availability of the delivery in the room for the guests of Imperial Vienna, as long as for those who have booked their stay at the hotel and wish to preorder their products or amenities.

The platform is connected to the courier providers and communicates in real time the cost of the shipping services worldwide, as well as the availability for nominated delivery options.
