We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our performance campaigns across large-scale e-commerce and multi-channel projects.

Day to day
What you’ll do
- Manage, optimize, and strategically plan performance campaigns across eCommerce, digital marketing, and multi-channel projects
- Hands-on execution of data analysis, KPI tracking, conversion optimization, and A/B/multivariate testing
- Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights for all digital channels
About you
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in performance management across digital/eCommerce projects
- Hands-on expertise in analytics & BI tools: Google Analytics 4, Looker, Data Studio
- Deep knowledge of paid media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms
- Experience in SEO, email & automation marketing tools
- Strategic mindset with experience in roadmap planning and project prioritization
- Experience in omnichannel digital strategies and product-led growth initiatives
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms
