About this role
We’re a digital agency building web apps, eCommerce platforms (B2B and B2C), custom software and websites across Greece, the Balkan Area and South-East Europe. Our Project Management team is a group of organised, multitasking people who consistently try to do more, better and with less, for our clients and for each other.
AI has raised the baseline for everyone, so the real edge now comes from judgment, breadth and the ability to orchestrate people, processes and tools into results. Our PMs are hands-on builders too. They create WordPress sites themselves, start to finish. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a generalist, communicates like a pro and treats AI as a force multiplier rather than a threat.
Day to day
What you’ll do
- Drive the full project lifecycle through UX, design, front-end and back-end development, testing and delivery
- Build WordPress sites yourself, start to finish
- Keep projects on schedule, on budget and to a high quality standard, securing client sign-off on deliverables
- Run weekly status meetings and produce clear, useful status reports
- Manage change requests, making the impact on scope, schedule and budget explicit to all parties
- Be the primary point of contact: present plans, explain processes, keep meeting minutes and build relationships of mutual trust
- Understand business needs across sectors and advise clients on their digital transformation journey
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on integrations and technical requirements
- Translate client needs into thorough, unambiguous specifications for the production team
- Join technical meetings and help make sound decisions on systems and integrations
- Use AI tools to accelerate the unglamorous work so more of your time goes to judgment and client relationships
About you
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience. We care more about how you think than which diploma you hold
- 3+ years as a Project Manager (digital agency experience is a strong plus)
- Hands-on ability to build and manage WordPress sites end to end
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied pragmatically rather than dogmatically
- Genuine technical literacy: you can hold your own with developers and vendors on UX, front end, back end, APIs and third-party integrations
- Fluency with AI tools in a professional context (drafting, research, summarization, analysis) and curiosity about where AI fits into client solutions
- Fluency in both Greek and English
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills: multitasking, prioritising and staying calm under load
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation instincts
- Generalist range: the more corners of the business you move through comfortably, the better
