: Generation Y’s Partner and Chief Client Relations Officer contributes her expertise to one of Greece’s leading customer experience institutions

We are pleased to announce that Nana Ioakimidou, Partner and Chief Client Relations Officer at Generation Y, will serve on the judging committee of the UX | CX Awards 2026 for the fifth consecutive year. Organized by Boussias Events, these awards have established themselves as a leading institution that recognizes the most innovative and effective practices in user experience and customer experience across the Greek market. Nana’s continued participation reflects Generation Y’s ongoing commitment to client-centric thinking and our contribution to the wider conversation about the future of customer experience.

About the UX | CX Awards

The UX | CX Awards recognize and reward the initiatives that place the user and the customer at the center, promoting strategy, creativity, and innovation. The institution aims to share best practices and encourage businesses to invest in improving the experiences they offer. Eligible participants include companies that implement programs, develop technologies, or take initiatives to strengthen customer experience, as well as agencies that design and deliver such programs and solutions.

This year’s edition is evaluated by a committee of experts, academics, and business leaders in digital customer experience, chaired by Emmanouela Magganari, Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing at The American College of Greece.

A Recognition of Customer-Centric Expertise

Nana Ioakimidou brings more than 15 years of proven experience in sales management, eBusiness consultation, and eCommerce specialization. Her work at Generation Y has been instrumental in expanding the agency’s operations across Southeast Europe and in helping hundreds of clients navigate their digital transformation journeys. Her approach consistently combines strategic vision with practical implementation, always focused on measurable business outcomes.

Her invitation to the judging panel reflects this background. Evaluating customer experience initiatives requires a deep understanding of how strategy, technology, and human insight come together to create value, an understanding built through years of hands-on work with businesses facing real challenges.

Why This Participation Matters

For Generation Y, contributing to an institution like the UX | CX Awards is a natural extension of how we work. Customer experience is not a separate discipline for us. It is woven into everything we do, from B2B eCommerce platforms and performance marketing to brand strategy and social media management. Every project begins with the same question: how do we create genuine value for the people on the other side of the screen?

Participating as a judge also reflects our broader commitment to thought leadership. We believe that advancing the customer experience ecosystem benefits the entire market, and we are glad to share the expertise we have gained across multiple industries and countries to help recognize the work that moves the field forward.

Looking Ahead

The future of customer experience will be shaped by businesses that treat strategy, creativity, and technology as interconnected parts of a single goal: serving people better. The UX | CX Awards highlight exactly this kind of work, and Generation Y is glad to contribute to an initiative that celebrates it.

We congratulate all the businesses and teams submitting their work this year and look forward to seeing the innovative practices that will define the next chapter of customer experience in Greece.
